Heru Mardijarto has more than 25 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in infrastructure, energy, construction and regulatory matters.
He has advised state-owned enterprises and multinational companies on strategic projects, including power plants, geothermal developments, cross-border gas pipelines and telecommunications infrastructure.
His practice covers project structuring, contract negotiation, financing and regulatory compliance across highly regulated sectors. Prior to joining Walalangi & Partners, heru was a partner at a leading Indonesian law firm, where he handled numerous high-profile transactions and projects.
Heru earned his law degree from Parahyangan Catholic University and an MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire, USA.
