Walalangi & Partners (in association with Nishimura & Asahi), recently concluded a series of business engagements across Shenzhen, Shanghai, and Suzhou, with in-depth discussions centred on M&A, project development, and cross-border financing together with other N&A offices from Shanghai, Tokyo, Ho Chi Minh, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur and Singapore.
Throughout the roadshow, we had the pleasure of meeting with numerous leading law firms and corporates, exchanging views on market developments, regulatory trends, and practical structuring considerations for PRC outbound investments. These conversations were particularly meaningful given that the PRC remains the largest source of foreign investment into Indonesia, and Indonesia continues to be a strategic growth market for PRC companies across multiple sectors.
