We are delighted to share that we are among very few law firms invited by the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Committee (Komite Anti-Dumping Indonesia – “KADI”) to attend a socialization held by KADI, discussing the implementation of the new Case Management System (“CMS”) in the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Investigation.
Ms. Dona Gultom, as Chair of KADI, delivered opening remarks where she extended KADI’s appreciation to the Indonesian Anti-Dumping prominent stakeholders, including W&P, in developing this sector. In this session, KADI provided direct guidance and hands-on simulation on the application of CMS, which works as an online platform for submitting required documents in the anti-dumping investigation process, tracking the progress of the investigation in real-time. KADI plans to implement CMS in the anti-dumping investigation starting in Q1 of 2024. With CMS, KADI aims to streamline and promote transparency in the Indonesian anti-dumping investigation, following the footsteps of developed countries.
W&P was represented by Setyaning Kartika Rini, Prisca Octavia Rumokoy, and Irfansyah Dwinanda Nasution, associates from the anti-dumping focus group of the firm.
This is a noteworthy recognition that accentuates W&P’s expertise and contributions in the Indonesian anti-dumping sector highlighting the continuing strong relationship between W&P and KADI, and also an endorsement from KADI validating the W&P’s capabilities and accomplishments in the anti-dumping sector.
