Prior to joining Walalangi & Partners, she worked as an associate at one of Indonesia’s prominent law firms and as an in-house counsel at a leading digital financial services group in Southeast Asia. She is fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.

- Counsel to Chinese shareholders in the project financing of a business engaging in nickel smelter, providing legal and commercial structure, structuring payment arrangements to maximize protection for the client’s interest and ensuring all transaction agreements comply with Indonesian laws and regulation.
- Counsel to one of the largest digital financial services group in its electronic money license from Bank Indonesia.
- Advising a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider that provides verification solutions for Indonesian digital platforms and financial institutions in structuring its existing business activities and key licensing requirements.
- Counsel to a leading digital service provider in their fundraising initiatives through the issuance of convertible notes and new shares, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Advising a leading pharmaceutical company on legal matters related to its toll manufacturing projects, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory and contractual requirements.
