Ms. Elvina graduated cum laude as the valedictorian of her batch from the Faculty of Law, Universitas Katolik Parahyangan in 2023.
Whilst completing her study, she actively participated in various law-related debates and international moot court competitions. She represented Indonesia in one of the most prestigious moot court competitions in the world, Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining Walalangi & Partners, she worked at several leading Indonesian law firms and an international arbitration institution, where she gained excessive knowledge on general corporate and arbitration proceedings-related matters.
- Counsel to PT Bangun Loka Indah, an affiliated company of PT Djarum, a leading Indonesian conglomerate group company, in its approximately IDR 800 billion acquisition of 2.795 hectares of land and real property from PT Bukit Savanna Raya (jointly owned by PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk. and PT Sirius Surya Sentosa (a member of Vasanta Group).
- Counsel to PT Kalista Biru Nusantara, a prominent fleets-as-a-service company and a subsidiary of Indika Energy group in relation to its successful support of the National Public Transport Improvement Program, particularly in relation to procurement of electric buses by the Regional Government of Medan. By facilitating the introduction of electric buses into Medan’s public transport system, the company is actively contributing to the national goal of achieving net-zero emissions.
- Advising a fortune global 500 Japanese corporation having presence in more 65 countries in its potential carbon reduction and climate change mitigation project through natural forest and mangrove plantation in Indonesia.

- Ms. Elvina is one of the key speakers on “Import Policies” at Mitsubishi Corporation exclusive in-house seminar. This is to navigate the audience to understand the import licenses rules and bridging the ambiguities under the regulations by raising both practical and theoretical questions relating to import activities, including on development of plastic raw materials and Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG), expansion of the scope of transferable imported goods by API-P holders, changes in import requirements for certain products, expansion of the scope of import of used goods, and relaxation of import requirements for non-restricted goods for complementary use, market testing, or aftersales service by API-P holders.
- Ms. Elvina, Mr. Hans Adiputra Kurniawan, Mr. Andhika Indrapraja, Ms. Putri Bening Larsati and Ms. Sabella Jane Tjasa hosted a private interactive discussion between the Indonesia Ministry of Trade and numerous prominent companies engaging in various business sectors on the implementation of the Minister of Trade Regulation No. 36 of 2023 concerning Import Policies (as amended). The event provided the attendees with a chance to directly discuss practical questions and the actual issues of their day-to-day import activities with the regulator.
