We are very proud of our senior associate Mr. Hans Adiputra Kurniawan, who was recently recognized as one of the top 10 rising stars in Indonesia’s legal market by Asian Legal Business (ALB). Hans richly deserved the recognition after successfully representing Showa Denko K.K. on the structuring of PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina (ICA), a company with annual production of 300,000 tons of chemical grade alumina (CGA) and annual sales of US$ 200 million.
He is considered by ALB as one of the best young professionals in the Indonesian legal market and was quoted by ALB as explaining the basic considerations for young lawyers to choose a law firm: working culture, financial compensation and personal growth. Previously, ALB had also put him on the list of Asia’s 40 outstanding legal professionals under the age of 40 (Asia’s Best Young Lawyers in the ‘40 under 40’ list).
